About Illuna, Apex of Wishes

Illuna, Apex of Wishes, Legendary creature — beast elemental dinosaur, designed by Nicholas Gregory first released in Apr, 2020 in the set Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths and was printed exactly in 11 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.

Illuna, Apex of Wishes would be a great addition to a Temur Mutate deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it offers a powerful ability to cheat nonland permanents onto the battlefield. While it can be a strong card in the right deck, some players may prefer other Mutate creatures like Vadrok, Apex of Thunder for their more immediate impact on the board. However, Illuna can still be a valuable inclusion in a Mutate-focused strategy and is worth considering for players looking to experiment with different deck archetypes.

Rules

04/17/20

A nonland permanent card is an artifact, creature, enchantment, or planeswalker card.

04/17/20

If an Aura is put onto the battlefield without being cast, the Aura’s controller-to-be chooses what it will enchant as it enters the battlefield. An Aura put onto the battlefield this way doesn’t target anything (so it could be attached to an opponent’s permanent with hexproof, for example), but the Aura’s enchant ability restricts what it can be attached to. If the Aura can’t legally be attached to anything, it remains in its current zone.

04/17/20

Illuna’s last ability exiles the cards face up. All players will see what the card is if you put it into your hand.
