About Holy Day
Holy Day, Instant, designed by Justin Hampton first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 7 different ways.
Holy Day would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stalling the game and preventing damage while setting up for a win condition. However, there are better alternatives such as Fog, which has a similar effect but can also be used to prevent damage from non-combat sources. Overall, Holy Day may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to the availability of more versatile options like Fog.
