About Even the Odds
Even the Odds, Instant, designed by Shishizaru first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and maintaining a lower creature count than opponents, such as a control or tempo deck, would benefit from using Even the Odds in Magic: the Gathering. While this card can be situationally powerful in the right deck, there are potentially better options like Secure the Wastes or Lingering Souls that provide more immediate value or flexibility in creating tokens.
