Electric Seaweed, Creature — plant wall, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in Feb, 2026 in the set Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eternal. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.

Electric Seaweed is a four‑mana red defender that plays best in a niche, grindy “aristocrats” or creature‑sacrifice shell that can reliably cause multiple creatures to die in a single turn (Goblin tokens, threaten‑and‑sacrifice effects, or mass removal), turning its enter‑the‑battlefield trigger into a temporary sweeper against non‑Wall boards while its tap ability provides repeatable ping damage; however, because it has Defender (so it can’t attack) and its death-triggered damage only lasts until end of turn, it’s slow and situational for competitive Constructed formats. Decks that truly want repeatable death triggers or ping effects generally prefer more efficient and synergistic options like Mayhem Devil (which triggers on any sacrifice and doesn’t require tapping), Goblin Bombardment (free sac outlet and damage engine), Impact Tremors (consistent ETB damage), or Pyrohemia / Pestilence-style sweepers for board control.
