Bladewing the Risen would be a great addition to a Dragon tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides value by bringing back Dragon permanents from the graveyard and boosting their power. While it is a strong card for such a theme, other options like Scion of the Ur-Dragon may offer more versatility and utility in certain situations, but Bladewing's ability to reanimate Dragons can be a game-changer and definitely warrants inclusion in the right deck.
