About Voyage's End
Voyage's End, Instant, designed by Chris Rahn first released in Sep, 2013 in the set Theros and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Voyage's End, would be a great addition to a tempo or control deck in Magic: the Gathering. Its ability to return a target creature to its owner's hand can disrupt your opponent's strategy while providing you with a scry 1 advantage. However, there are better alternatives like Unsummon or Boomerang that offer similar effects at a lower cost or with added benefits, making them more efficient choices for competitive play. Nonetheless, Voyage's End could still see play in casual or budget decks where its versatility and utility can be appreciated.
Rules

When you scry, you may put all the cards you look at back on top of your library, you may put all of those cards on the bottom of your library, or you may put some of those cards on top and the rest of them on the bottom.

You perform the actions stated on a card in sequence. For some spells and abilities, that means you’ll scry last. For others, that means you’ll scry and then perform other actions.
