About Snowfall
Snowfall, Enchantment, designed by Phil Foglio first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age.
A deck that focuses on utilizing Islands for mana generation and has a strategy that benefits from having extra mana available for paying cumulative upkeep costs would benefit from including Snowfall in its deck. However, there are potentially better cards like High Tide or Turnabout that can provide more efficient mana generation without the upkeep cost drawback, making Snowfall less desirable for competitive play unless in a specific theme or casual setting.
