This Shu General card would be beneficial in a white aggressive deck that focuses on quick, evasive attacks. However, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering for a similar mana cost that provide more versatile abilities or stronger effects, such as Benalish Marshal or Hero of Bladehold. While Shu General's horsemanship ability can be useful in certain situations, overall it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.
