This card, Senate Courier, could be beneficial in a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering due to its flying ability and the option to gain vigilance, providing both offensive and defensive capabilities. However, there are better options available such as Spell Queller, which not only has flying but also has a disruptive enter-the-battlefield effect.
