About Seal Away
Seal Away, Enchantment, designed by Joseph Meehan first released in May, 2020 in the set Dominaria and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Seal Away, would benefit control decks looking to efficiently deal with tapped creatures at instant speed. While it is a strong removal option, there are other cards like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares that offer more versatility in dealing with any creature regardless of its tapping state. However, Seal Away can still be a valuable inclusion in decks that focus on tempo and disruption strategies, especially against aggressive creature-based decks, making it worth considering for certain metagames and deck archetypes.
Rules
04/27/18
If a token is exiled this way, it will cease to exist and won’t return to the battlefield.
04/27/18
If Seal Away leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, the target creature won’t be exiled.
