Radiation Card, Card, designed by Skinnyelbows first released in Oct, 2023 in the set Fallout Tokens.
A deck that focuses on self-mill strategies or benefits from cards being put into the graveyard would benefit from using Radiation Card. However, there are better options available such as Glimpse the Unthinkable or Breaking // Entering which provide more efficient milling effects without the downside of losing life. Overall, Radiation Card may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its drawbacks compared to more powerful alternatives.
