About Pinion Feast
Pinion Feast, Instant, designed by Ryan Barger first released in Mar, 2015 in the set Dragons of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Pinion Feast would be beneficial in a green-based midrange or control deck that struggles against creatures with flying, providing a targeted removal option while also bolstering one of your own creatures. However, there are potentially better options such as Beast Within or Plummet that offer more versatile removal or cheaper mana cost, making Pinion Feast less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
Rules
02/25/15
You determine which creature to put counters on as the spell or ability that instructs you to bolster resolves. That could be the creature with the bolster ability, if it’s still under your control and has the least toughness.
02/25/15
You must choose a creature with flying in order to cast Pinion Feast. You can’t cast it without a legal target just to bolster.
