About Mystic Confluence
Mystic Confluence, Instant, designed by Kieran Yanner first released in May, 2020 in the set Commander 2015 and was printed exactly in 12 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on control and card advantage would benefit from including Mystic Confluence, as it offers versatile options to counter spells, bounce creatures, and draw cards. However, in a fast-paced aggro deck, the high mana cost of 3UU might be too slow and there are more efficient cards for those strategies. Overall, Mystic Confluence can shine in a control or midrange deck looking for flexibility and value.

If you choose the first and/or second modes but all of the targets become illegal before Mystic Confluence resolves, the spell won’t resolve. If you also chose the last mode once or twice, you won’t draw any cards. If at least one target is still legal, the spell will resolve but will have no effect on any illegal targets.
