About Kami's Flare
Kami's Flare, Instant, designed by Tia Masic first released in Feb, 2022 in the set Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.
A deck that focuses on utilizing a lot of equipment, auras, and counters on creatures would greatly benefit from including Kami's Flare in its strategy. This card can provide efficient removal while also dealing additional damage to the opponent if the conditions are met, making it a versatile and potentially powerful addition to decks that can consistently have modified creatures on the battlefield. While there may be more powerful direct damage spells available in Magic: the Gathering, Kami's Flare could still find a place in certain decks that can take advantage of its unique ability to deal damage to both creatures and their controllers.
