Irma, Part-Time Mutant would fit best in a blue-based creature deck that leverages strong “enter the battlefield,” combat-triggered, or scaling creatures—especially in Commander, where copying your best creature every combat step and growing with +1/+1 counters can snowball quickly. She’s particularly strong in decks with high-impact creatures like Mulldrifter-style value pieces, Master of Waves-type board builders, or creatures with powerful attack triggers, and she synergizes well with +1/+1 counter strategies and blink/value shells since she keeps her name and ability while scaling over time. However, compared to top-tier copy effects like Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Spark Double, Phyrexian Metamorph, or Clever Impersonator, Irma is slower because she only copies at the beginning of combat and only your own creatures, making her more “engine” than immediate impact.
