About Imperial Mask
Imperial Mask, Enchantment, designed by Christopher Moeller first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight.
Imperial Mask would be beneficial in a multiplayer Commander deck focused on group hug strategies, as it encourages cooperation among teammates by providing hexproof to all players. While it offers unique protection, other cards like Privileged Position may be more versatile as it grants hexproof to all your permanents. Whether Imperial Mask sees play would depend on the specific dynamics and goals of the deck, but its ability to foster teamwork and protect all players could make it a fun and interesting choice in the right context.
Rules
05/01/07
Each Imperial Mask permanent is independent and affects only its controller and the opponents of its controller.
05/01/07
If Imperial Mask becomes a copy of something else after the ability triggers but before it resolves, the tokens will enter the battlefield as copies of whatever the ex-Imperial Mask is now. If Imperial Mask became a copy of something else and then left the battlefield, the tokens will enter the battlefield as copies of whatever it was copying when it last existed on the battlefield.
05/01/07
This card creates tokens that enter the battlefield as enchantments, not creatures.
