Its ability to boost other artifact creatures and create token creatures can quickly overwhelm opponents, especially once you have the city's blessing. However, there are more efficient cards for similar effects, such as Master of Etherium or Steel Overseer, which provide immediate benefits without the need to wait for a condition to be met.
