About Ideas Unbound
Ideas Unbound, Sorcery — arcane, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Jun, 2005 in the set Saviors of Kamigawa and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Ideas Unbound, would benefit a deck that focuses on quickly drawing through its library to find key combo pieces or answers. Decks that can utilize the drawn cards immediately or have ways to benefit from discarding cards would find this card useful. However, there are better options like Ancestral Recall or Brainstorm which offer card advantage without the drawback of discarding cards. Ideas Unbound could see play in specific combo or control decks that can mitigate the downside effectively, but in most cases, the better alternatives would be preferred.
Rules
