About Fettergeist
Fettergeist, Creature — spirit, designed by Izzy first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored.
This card, Fettergeist, would benefit a control deck that focuses on maintaining a low creature count and has access to blue mana. While it can be a useful flying blocker, the upkeep cost can be quite demanding if you have multiple creatures on the battlefield. There are better options available for control decks, such as Sphinx of Foresight or Serendib Efreet, which offer stronger abilities and stats for a similar cost. Fettergeist may not see much play in competitive decks due to its upkeep restriction and limited impact compared to other options.
