About Feral Incarnation
Feral Incarnation, Sorcery, designed by Eytan Zana first released in Jul, 2014 in the set Magic 2015.
A deck that focuses on generating a wide board presence with multiple creatures would benefit from including Feral Incarnation, as it can be cast for a reduced cost by tapping creatures. However, in a competitive setting, there are more efficient token-generating cards like Secure the Wastes or Finale of Glory that provide more immediate value or scalability. While Feral Incarnation could be a fun inclusion in casual or thematic decks, it may not see much play in highly optimized or competitive strategies.

If a creature you control has a mana ability with in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell’s costs. You won’t be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.
