Elven Cache would be beneficial in a green-based graveyard recursion deck that focuses on bringing back key cards from the graveyard to the hand for reuse. While it provides a simple and efficient way to retrieve a card, there are potentially better options like Eternal Witness or Regrowth that offer more flexibility or value. Elven Cache could see play in more casual or budget decks, but competitive decks may opt for stronger options.
