Elspeth, Sun's Nemesis would be beneficial in a white weenie aggro deck that focuses on swarming the board with small creatures and maintaining board presence. While Elspeth provides some utility with her abilities, there are potentially better options available for similar mana costs in competitive formats, such as Gideon, Ally of Zendikar or Elspeth, Knight-Errant. However, in a casual or thematic deck, Elspeth, Sun's Nemesis could certainly see play for its unique abilities and flavor.
