This card, Diabolic Intent, is perfect for decks that focus on sacrificing creatures for value, such as Aristocrats or Sacrifice decks. It provides a powerful tutor effect at the cost of sacrificing a creature, which can be beneficial in decks that can generate tokens or have creatures with death triggers. While there are other tutor cards like Demonic Tutor or Vampiric Tutor that don't require sacrificing a creature, Diabolic Intent's ability to synergize with sacrifice strategies makes it a strong contender for inclusion in those specific deck archetypes.
