Cosmic Suture is best suited for slower, control-oriented Wizard decks—particularly Kano, Dracai of Aether—because it synergizes with instant-heavy play patterns and rewards you for playing on the opponent’s turn, which is exactly what Kano wants to do. The 4 damage prevention helps offset aggressive pressure while you set up arcane bursts, and triggering Starfall is fairly easy in a deck full of instants, giving you incidental damage that adds up over time.
