A deck that aims to quickly deal damage and apply pressure to the opponent would benefit from including Chain Lightning, especially in aggressive red decks looking to close out games swiftly. While Chain Lightning is a strong card for its efficiency and potential for additional damage, some may argue that Lightning Bolt is a better option due to its flexibility in targeting creatures as well. However, Chain Lightning can still be a strong choice in decks that prioritize direct damage to the opponent and can definitely see play in the right aggressive strategies.
