Zurgo, Thunder's Decree would be a great addition to a Warrior tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a Mardu (Red-White-Black) color scheme. The Mobilize ability synergizes well with other Warrior-themed cards, providing aggressive token generation. While there may be more powerful options for a Commander deck, such as Anax, Hardened in the Forge or Krenko, Mob Boss, Zurgo has unique potential in a specific tribal strategy and could certainly see play in the right build.
