About Trial of Solidarity

Trial of Solidarity, Enchantment, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in Apr, 2017 in the set Amonkhet and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.

A deck focused on aggressive creature strategies, such as White Weenie or Token decks, would benefit from Trial of Solidarity as it provides a temporary boost to all creatures and grants them vigilance, allowing for powerful attacks while still being able to block. While Trial of Solidarity is a solid inclusion in such decks, there are potentially better options like Always Watching, which provides a similar effect permanently, making it a more consistent choice for long-term benefits. However, Trial of Solidarity can still see play in decks looking for a temporary boost and additional synergy with Cartouche cards.

Rules

04/18/17

Each Trial has an ability to return to your hand when a Cartouche enters the battlefield under your control. The Trial is returned to its owner’s hand only if it’s on the battlefield as the ability resolves.

04/18/17

Trial of Solidarity’s triggered ability affects only creatures you control at the time it resolves. It won’t affect creatures that come under your control later in the turn.
