Storm Spirit, Creature — elemental spirit, designed by Pete Venters first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Storm Spirit card would be a great addition to a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering that focuses on disrupting your opponent's board state while maintaining a strong presence in the air. However, there are potentially better options like Shalai, Voice of Plenty or Lyra Dawnbringer that offer more versatile abilities and resilience. Storm Spirit could see play in certain metas or sideboard situations where its ability to deal damage and fly over blockers is particularly useful, but it may not be a staple in competitive decks.
