Spire Serpent, Creature — serpent, designed by Johann Bodin first released in Feb, 2011 in the set Mirrodin Besieged and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on artifact synergy, such as an artifact-heavy control or midrange deck, would benefit from including Spire Serpent as it can become a potent attacker with Metalcraft active. However, there are potentially better options like Master of Etherium or Etched Champion that offer more impactful abilities and synergies in artifact-centric decks. While Spire Serpent could see situational play in specific strategies, it may not be a top-tier choice compared to other available options in the format.
