About Soulcatcher
Soulcatcher, Creature — bird soldier, designed by Ron Spencer first released in May, 2020 in the set Odyssey and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Soulcatcher would be a great addition to a white weenie aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can quickly grow in power by taking advantage of the many flying creatures commonly found in such decks. However, a more versatile option could be Serra Ascendant, which starts as a 6/6 flying lifelink creature for just one white mana in the early game, making it a stronger choice for aggressive strategies. While Soulcatcher could see play in specific flying-focused decks, Serra Ascendant's immediate impact and potential for growth make it a superior choice for most aggressive white decks.
