Scar Tissue is best suited for Assassin decks that lean heavily into dagger-based pressure and incremental on-hit value—particularly heroes like Uzuri or Arakni who can consistently present dagger attacks and capitalize on **marking** the opponent to unlock additional disruption or value from other Assassin cards. The +3 power for 0 cost is efficient, but because it only works on daggers and provides no inherent card advantage or strong disruption by itself, it competes with stronger attack reactions like **Razor Reflex** (more flexible power boost with go again) or Assassin-specific reactions that provide stronger payoff or disruption when hitting. In dedicated dagger-centric builds that care about enabling mark synergies, it can have niche value, but in most competitive lists there are generally higher-impact or more flexible options, so it’s situational rather than a staple.
