Sarkhan's Resolve could be a useful addition to a Green aggro deck looking to pump up its creatures or deal with pesky flying threats. However, in most cases, there are better options available such as Giant Growth for the combat trick, or more versatile removal spells like Beast Within for flying creatures. Overall, while Sarkhan's Resolve could have its moments, it might not see widespread play compared to other more efficient options in the Magic: the Gathering card pool.
