While Relearn is a decent option for this strategy, a more popular and versatile alternative would be Snapcaster Mage, which not only allows you to cast the card but also provides a body on the battlefield. However, Relearn could still see play in specific budget or theme decks where Snapcaster Mage may not be available or fitting.
