A deck focused on aggressive green creatures with high power and evasion abilities, such as trample or flying, would benefit from using Diplomatic Relations. However, there are better cards like Colossal Majesty that provide card advantage and synergy with a creature-heavy strategy, making it more viable in a green deck. While Diplomatic Relations has situational utility, it may not see widespread play due to the availability of more powerful and versatile options in the current Magic: The Gathering format.
