About Deepfathom Skulker
Deepfathom Skulker, Creature — eldrazi, designed by Raymond Swanland first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Deepfathom Skulker would be a great addition to a blue-based aggressive deck that focuses on dealing combat damage and drawing cards. Its ability to draw cards whenever a creature deals combat damage to a player provides card advantage, while its ability to make a creature unblockable can help push through damage. However, there are better cards for similar effects, such as Thassa, God of the Sea, which provides consistent unblockability and card selection. Deepfathom Skulker could see play in a specific build that values its abilities, but overall, there are more efficient options available in the Magic: The Gathering card pool.
