This card, Cleaver Riot, would greatly benefit an aggressive red deck focused on attacking with creatures. Decks that rely on dealing quick and efficient damage would find this card useful to deliver a powerful blow to the opponent. While Cleaver Riot is a decent card for its effect, there are stronger options like Temur Battle Rage or Assault Strobe that provide similar benefits at a lower cost, making them more efficient choices for competitive play.
