About Branching Bolt

This card, Branching Bolt, would be beneficial in a red-green aggressive deck that aims to deal damage quickly and efficiently. While it offers versatility in targeting creatures with or without flying, there are potentially better options like Lightning Bolt or similar direct damage spells that provide more immediate impact for the same cost. You may choose just the first mode (targeting a creature with flying), just the second mode (targeting a creature without flying), or both modes (targeting a creature with flying and a creature without flying). You can’t choose a mode unless there’s a legal target for it.
