Wartime Protestors would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck focused on allies in Magic: The Gathering. Its ability to grant haste and buff other ally creatures can lead to explosive starts and aggressive pressure. However, a more effective card for this deck archetype may be Firemantle Mage, a 2/2 creature for 1R with the same ability to give haste to allies, potentially allowing for more impactful plays earlier on. Wartime Protestors could still see play in a deck looking for redundancy in this effect or leveraging multiple ways to grant haste to allies.
