About Unforgiving Aim
Unforgiving Aim, Instant, designed by Filip Burburan first released in Jan, 2026 in the set Lorwyn Eclipsed. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
**Unforgiving Aim** would fit best in a casual or Limited green midrange deck—especially in formats like Draft or Sealed—where flexibility is valuable and you might face flyers, problematic enchantments, or need extra board presence. The modal design is useful, but at **three mana (2G)** it’s fairly inefficient: *Plummet* (1G) destroys a flyer more cheaply, *Naturalize* (1G) handles enchantments (and artifacts) for less, and token options like *Saproling Migration*, *Call of the Conclave*, or similar cards create bodies more efficiently for the cost. Because each individual mode is overcosted compared to specialized alternatives, this card would rarely see competitive Constructed play; it’s mainly attractive in Limited or very flexible, lower-power environments where modal versatility outweighs raw efficiency.
