This card, Timebender, would benefit a deck focused on manipulating time counters and suspending cards in Magic: the Gathering. It could be particularly useful in a control or tempo deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's strategy by either speeding up their own suspended cards or slowing down the opponent's. However, there are more versatile and powerful cards available in the format that may be more impactful, such as Aeon Chronicler or Jhoira of the Ghitu, which offer more consistent and powerful effects.
