In Commander, it offers repeatable utility—token production, pump, removal, and card draw—but each mode is overcosted compared to existing options: for example, Bitterblossom or Ophiomancer are more efficient token engines, Overrun-style effects or Craterhoof Behemoth end games better than temporary +4/+4 boosts, Flametongue Kavu or Inferno Titan provide stronger repeatable damage, and blue has far more efficient draw like Fact or Fiction or Rhystic Study.
