A deck that values consistent mana fixing and ramp, such as a multicolor deck or a deck that relies on specific land types for its strategy, would benefit from using Spoils of Victory. However, there are better cards like Farseek or Rampant Growth that provide similar effects at a lower cost, making them more efficient options in most cases. Spoils of Victory could see play in niche decks that specifically require the land types it can fetch, but in general, it may not be the optimal choice for most decks.
