About Sewer Nemesis
Sewer Nemesis, Creature — horror, designed by Nils Hamm first released in May, 2020 in the set Commander 2011 and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck focused on graveyard interactions, such as a self-mill or reanimator strategy, would benefit from including Sewer Nemesis as it can quickly grow in power based on the number of cards in an opponent's graveyard and disrupt their game plan by forcing them to mill cards whenever they cast spells. While Sewer Nemesis is a solid card for such decks, there are potentially better options like [[Tarmogoyf]] in terms of efficiency and versatility, but Sewer Nemesis could still see play in the right meta or as a budget alternative.
Rules
09/22/11
If the chosen player leaves the game, Sewer Nemesis’s power and toughness each become 0. Unless another effect is raising its toughness above 0, it will be put into its owner’s graveyard as a state-based action.
