Selfless Spirit is a valuable addition to a white weenie or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing protection for your creatures against board wipes or removal spells. While it is a strong card in certain situations, there are better options like Dauntless Bodyguard or Giver of Runes that offer similar protection with additional benefits. However, Selfless Spirit can still see play in decks looking for a budget-friendly option or additional redundancy in their protection suite.
