About Rally the Forces
Rally the Forces, Instant, designed by Steven Belledin first released in Feb, 2011 in the set Mirrodin Besieged.
Rally the Forces would be particularly effective in an aggressive red deck focused on swarming the opponent with numerous attacking creatures, as it enhances their damage output and grants first strike, allowing them to trade favorably in combat.
