About Obzedat, Ghost Council
Obzedat, Ghost Council, Legendary creature — spirit advisor, designed by Svetlin Velinov first released in Feb, 2013 in the set Gatecrash and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Obzedat, Ghost Council would fit well in a control or midrange deck that focuses on gaining incremental life advantage and disrupting the opponent's life total. While it offers a recurring source of life gain and loss, its high mana cost and slow activation may make it less competitive compared to other options like Grave Titan or Baneslayer Angel, which provide immediate impact or protection. However, in a slower, grindier meta, Obzedat's resilience and recurring presence could still find a place in certain strategies.
Rules
03/14/17
Once Obzedat’s ability has returned it to the battlefield, it has haste for as long as it remains on the battlefield. If an opponent gains control of it (perhaps with Olivia Voldaren or Soul Ransom), it can attack that turn.
