About Necrotic Sliver
Necrotic Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Dave Allsop first released in Feb, 2007 in the set Planar Chaos and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck based on building a Sliver tribal theme would benefit from using Necrotic Sliver as it gives all Slivers the ability to destroy target permanents for a cost. However, a more efficient option might be Harmonic Sliver, which provides a similar effect but without the need to sacrifice the Sliver. While Necrotic Sliver could be a situational inclusion in certain decks, its cost and the fact that it requires sacrificing the Sliver may limit its overall playability in competitive settings compared to other Sliver cards.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
