This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on creating a lot of creature tokens, such as a white weenie or token-based strategy. While Leyline of the Meek provides a consistent buff to all creature tokens, there are arguably better cards like Intangible Virtue or Honor of the Pure that offer similar effects at a lower cost. Whether or not Leyline of the Meek should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck, as well as the overall card pool available for selection.
