Knight-Captain of Eos would be beneficial in a white weenie or token-based deck, providing early board presence and combat protection. While it is a solid inclusion in such strategies, there are potentially better options like Hero of Bladehold, which offers a more aggressive token generation and combat buff. However, Knight-Captain of Eos could still see play as a situational utility card in decks looking for combat protection or additional token generation.

You can sacrifice any Soldier to activate the second ability. You’re not limited to just the Soldier tokens put onto the battlefield by the first ability.
