Graven Cairns, Land, designed by Anthony S. Waters first released in May, 2020 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
The Graven Cairns land card would benefit decks that require both black and red mana sources, such as Rakdos or Grixis color combinations. While Graven Cairns provides flexibility in producing either black or red mana, there are better options available, such as Blood Crypt or Dragonskull Summit, which come into play untapped and consistently produce the desired colors. Graven Cairns may see play in budget decks or decks looking for additional color fixing, but it may not be a top choice in more competitive settings.
